Getting help

Email SUPPORT_EMAIL. A real person reads it.

It helps if you say which app and version you are using — on iOS that is in Settings under the app, and on Android in Settings › Apps › Kitchen Atlas — plus what you expected and what happened instead.

Something wrong with a recipe?

This is the most useful thing you can report, and we would rather hear it twice than not at all.

Particularly worth telling us about: a quantity you cannot shop for or cook with, an ingredient that does not match the method, a step that assumes something the list does not mention, or a translation that reads oddly in your language.

Please do report a diet label you think is wrong. They are calculated from the ingredient list rather than checked by hand, so mistakes are possible and we want to know about them.

Testing pre-release builds

Both apps have test builds you can join before release. See the testing page for how, on iPhone, iPad or Android.

Buying and refunds

The apps are sold by Apple and Google, and the Kindle edition by Amazon. Refunds and payment problems have to go through whichever of them you bought from — we have no access to your purchase and cannot issue a refund ourselves.
