History & Origin
Brigadeiros are Brazilian condensed-milk chocolate sweets that became popular in the mid-twentieth century and are now essential at children’s parties and celebrations. The mixture is cooked until it pulls from the pan, cooled, rolled and coated with chocolate sprinkles.
